Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Keystone Infrastructure website ("Site") or engaging our services across Electrical, Creative, Marketing, or Systems divisions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services & Scope

Keystone Infrastructure operates as a multi-division entity:

• Electrical: Services are subject to specific site access requirements and compliance with BS 7671 (18th Edition).
• Creative/Marketing: Deliverables are defined by the specific proposal or package purchased. We do not guarantee specific monetary returns on ad spend (ROAS) unless explicitly stated in a performance agreement.
• Systems: Automation workflows are built on third-party APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Zapier). We are not responsible for downtime caused by these third-party providers.

3. Payments & Billing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Project Work: Requires a 50% deposit to commence, with the balance due upon completion/handover.
• Retainers: Billed monthly in advance via Direct Debit or credit card.
• Networking Membership: Billed monthly. Cancellation requires 30 days' notice.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for Creative deliverables (Logos, Websites) are transferred to the client. Keystone reserves the right to display the work in our portfolio. Systems code and workflows remain the property of the client but rely on Keystone's proprietary libraries where noted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keystone Infrastructure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
