Free 30-min chat
We talk through what you're trying to do. No pitch, no obligation. By the end, we both have a clearer sense of whether Keystone is a useful next step and what the first move would be.
Audit
1–5 days
If there's a useful audit to run (Revenue Leak Snapshot, AI Search Audit, AI Funding Fit Check), I run it. The audit produces evidence, not opinions. It tells us where the time and money are going.
Plan
2–5 days
Based on the audit, I draft a plan: what we'll do, in what order, with what acceptance criteria. The plan is yours to keep regardless of whether you proceed.
Build
1–6 weeks
I do the work. You see progress weekly. If scope changes, we agree before it costs. I don't surprise you with invoices for work you didn't agree to.
Launch
1–3 days
We go live. You get a walkthrough. Any teething issues are caught in the first week and fixed at no extra cost.
Support
Ongoing (optional)
If you want ongoing support, the Operator Retainer is the default. Quarterly Business Reviews, monitoring, fixes, and small improvements. If you don't, the work stands on its own.
