Terms

Terms and Engagement Notes

This page is a practical first-draft summary of how Keystone approaches diagnostics, builds, and ongoing support. Final scope, timelines, fees, and responsibilities should always be agreed separately in writing.

Services

What Keystone provides

Keystone provides business, marketing, systems, automation, website, and implementation support designed to help new and existing businesses build the right foundation or fix the right bottleneck.

Expectations

No guarantee of results

Keystone does not guarantee business success, revenue, profit, lead volume, rankings, or growth outcomes. The work is intended to improve clarity, infrastructure, and decision quality, but business results always depend on many factors outside Keystone's control.

Responsibility

Client responsibility

The client remains responsible for business decisions and for obtaining legal, tax, accounting, insurance, regulatory, employment, and other specialist advice where needed.

Scope and commercial terms

  • Quotes depend on the agreed scope and delivery requirements.
  • Builds begin only after scope, pricing, payment terms, and responsibilities are agreed separately.
  • Timelines depend on responsiveness, access to required materials, and the complexity of the work.
  • Operator Access or other ongoing support is subject to its own retained scope and cadence.

AI and automation

  • Keystone may use AI and automation to support drafting, routing, reporting, or repetitive operational tasks.
  • AI or automated outputs should be reviewed by a human before they are relied on for important business decisions.
  • Keystone should not be treated as a substitute for regulated professional advice.

Launch note

MVP note

This draft is intended to set realistic expectations for the MVP website. Before public launch, it should be reviewed and expanded to reflect the final operating entity, jurisdiction, commercial terms, and live tooling stack.
