Responsibility

The client remains responsible for business decisions and for obtaining legal, tax, accounting, insurance, regulatory, employment, and other specialist advice where needed.
Scope and commercial terms

- The free chat does not create a paid engagement. Builds begin only after scope, pricing, payment terms, and responsibilities are agreed separately.
- Timelines depend on responsiveness, access to required materials, and the complexity of the work.
- Operator Access or other ongoing support is subject to its own retained scope and cadence.
