Keystone is operated by Luke Abrahams. A free first conversation does not create a paid engagement. Scope, timing, fees and responsibilities are agreed separately in writing.

What Keystone provides.

Keystone provides founder-led work across business processes, websites, content, analytics, customer routes, software and carefully controlled automation. The precise deliverables belong in the written proposal or engagement agreement for the job.

How an engagement starts.

  • The first conversation is free and does not commit either side to paid work.
  • Work begins only after scope, fees, payment terms, dependencies and responsibilities have been agreed in writing.
  • Timelines depend on access, customer responses, required materials, third-party systems and the complexity of the work.
  • Changes outside the agreed scope require a separate decision rather than being assumed.

Public online checkout is disabled unless Keystone has published a complete current offer and the required commercial, legal and payment controls are active. A service description on the website is not by itself an offer capable of acceptance.

What cannot be guaranteed.

Keystone does not guarantee revenue, profit, lead volume, rankings, growth, business success or error-free AI output. Results depend on the customer, market, source information, external providers and other conditions outside Keystone’s control.

The customer remains responsible for business decisions and for obtaining legal, tax, accounting, insurance, employment, regulatory or other specialist advice where needed.

AI stays inside an agreed boundary.

AI or automation may support drafting, classification, routing, reporting and repeated operational work. Important outputs should be reviewed by a person before they are relied upon. Keystone is not a substitute for regulated professional advice, and a build should not be used outside its agreed purpose or controls.
